Haute Coiffure Française news, plus the spring and summer new haircuts and styles
Liisa Virho-Kilponen participated in last week's traditional Haute Coiffure Française spring collection in Paris.
“I went to the Haute Coiffure Française creative team training sessions and demonstrations at the Louvre and came back with a lot of new ideas for our salon” tells Liisa.
FLEXIBILITY AND IDEAS FOR LIGHT AND SHADOW
The best part of this spring's event was hairstyle versatility, as well as ideas for light and shadow:
“Clean, flowing hairstyles are created with new cutting techniques. Short hair features tousled twists and bobs with volume and lighter tips. Longer hair is put into dainty chignons with carefully controlled volume and half-wigs impressively lengthen short hair”, Liisa says.
“Men's hair has dynamic, streamlined lines which can be adapted for various hairstyles” Liisa says.
New ideas create light and shadow. Colours are natural - coffee with milk, honey and layers of different shades that soften toward the top.
“Hair dye softness is emphasized, because the spring and summer clothing colours are bright” Liisa says.
Spring and colourful floral fashions are now in Salon Virho’s boutique:
“I had time to wander around the boutiques in Paris, including a store with wonderful bags, jewellery, scarves and dresses. We have the latest selections in our boutique” Liisa says.
